ACTP LTD was founded in 2003 by Fausto Gimenez, beginning in Spain before establishing the practice across London and the South East. Trading as Fausto Gimenez Design-Build, we have spent two decades taking residential and commercial projects from first site visit through planning, structural design, and completed construction.
Most projects fail at the handover between designer and builder. We removed that handover. The same practice that draws your scheme also prices it, submits it, and builds it — so the design is costed in reality, the drawings are buildable, and one team carries accountability from brief to handover.
We work across Greater London with a focus on Greenwich, Blackheath, Dulwich, Lewisham, Wandsworth, Richmond, Kensington and Chelsea, as well as Kent and Surrey.
